Mr. Knebel is a
partner of Osborne, Helman, Knebel & Deleery, L.L.P. and practices primarily in the areas of
probate and fiduciary litigation involving executors, trustees, attorneys, and
other fiduciaries, will contests, guardianships, and estate and probate planning
issues, representing parties on both sides of the docket. He frequently
represents charitable organizations in a wide variety of controversies. He also has
significant jury and bench trial experience in real estate-related litigation
and commercial litigation, including representing individuals and large and small businesses
in contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty cases, fraud and misrepresentation claims,
defamation cases, and insurance coverage disputes.
