Mr. Osborne is an attorney with Osborne, Helman, Knebel & Deleery, L.L.P. He focuses his practice in the areas of traditional estate planning and international wealth planning, with an emphasis on taxation and asset protection. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Osborne holds a Masters of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver, and he is an author and lecturer on various wealth transfer topics including domestic estate planning, international trusts and tax compliance, and asset protection planning. His practice includes assisting fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and grantors of domestic and foreign trusts with respect to their federal tax, administrative, and creditor protection needs.
