Mr. Helman is a partner of Osborne, Helman, Knebel & Deleery, L.L.P.  Mr. Helman specializes in probate and estate planning law, and he is board certified in these practice areas.  He has also served as one of four attorneys responsible for drafting and grading the Texas Board of Legal Specialization’s annual examination in estate planning and probate law.  Mr. Helman is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in his practice areas and is a former All American swimmer from Southern Methodist University.  Mr. Helman is a frequent author and speaker at continuing legal education programs sponsored by the State Bar of Texas and other organizations.  He is frequently called upon by other attorneys and judges to mediate complex probate disputes.
